Online Digital Skills Courses

I worked in tandem with a project team in London and led a team of instructional designers who developed a suite of digital skills courses that have +500K learners and have been included in the UK government-supported national skills platform.

In my role as Digital Education Manager, the courses my team and I created averaged 2000 joiners per run (four times a year). The average learner satisfaction for these courses is 98% and over.
